Andaman Seaside Resort Bangtao Beach

After staying in larger, more expensive resorts in Bang Tao over the last few years we went for a cheaper option this time. I didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. Ok, it is not a huge resort on the beach but as we have found over the last few years, those resorts are nice but not at all intimate. The Andaman Seaside is not on the beach but a short 50m walk and so much more welcoming and homely. The rooms were spacious, had a nice pool… and breakfast although nowhere near as big as the larger resorts had more than enough choice. Fantastic value for money. Special thanks to the manager of the hotel, his wife and all the staff for being so friendly and accommodating.

I really enjoyed my stay - wish it was longer. My villa was lovely; very clean, comfortable, spacious with a poolside view. The room was replenished with complimentary bottled water daily, in addition to coffee and other beverages. I also appreciated having a hair dryer in the room. The location is directly across from the beach and right in the center of all the restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Bangtao Beach!

the breakfast was amazing, the staff was super friendly, we had a great time interacting with them. it is also quite close to the beach, and the area has a nice vibe without the business of Pattong. 7/11 store and bike rental stores right next to the hotel!

Amenities: The staff were so polite and friendly - shout out to Anil for his excellent hospitality! Buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious and reasonably priced. Rooms were very well cleaned every day, and the water bottles they supplied were much appreciated. Room was very large and had a refrigerator which was great for stashing drinks and fresh fruit. The swimming pool was refreshing and our family enjoyed using it just about every day during our two-week stay. The landscaping was very well maintained and had the tropical feel we were looking for. Location: The pace was much more relaxed in this part of Phuket. Very family friendly with a 6km long beach just across a small street (50 yards from hotel entrance). Additional conveniences were motorcycle rental, ATM, currency exchange, 7-11 convenience store, tour agent, massage parlors, and taxi stand right near the hotel entrance. Within a short walk, you have access to a dozen restaurants, a couple laundry services, a couple pharmacies, a fantastic little fruit store, and a couple dozen small shops.

The pool villa room was very large with a comfortable bed, lots of storage, and a good shower. The pool is small but inviting with a waterfall feature and nice gardens surrounding it. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods. Location to beach, restaurants, and stores was excellent. Staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional.

Friendly accommodating manager Mr Anil..we booked a PhiPhi tour with him arranging it at last minute..The location is good with eateries, beach,convenient stores ,massage centers within walking distance!

This was our third visit to this lovely hotel in Bang Tao. The hotel is perfectly located just a stone's throw from the beach. The garden is very beautiful and lush, and the hotel grounds are constantly well-maintained. We stayed in a pool villa near the beautiful pool. The breakfast was perfect, with a mix of local and international options. The location of the hotel is ideal with many restaurants and shops nearby. We from Finland warmly recommend this hotel. Our Pool-side Villa was perfect for the two of us. Each villa had it own little deck and chairs and only a few meters walk to the pool which was well lit up during the evenings. The room was very clean, beds were very comfortable and sheets were new. The resort was within walking distance of the beach and the Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA Gym. There were always plenty of restaurants, shops and taxi or tuktuk available within walking distance. The restaurant "Crave" next to the resort reception offered 10% off to Andaman guests. And the 7-Eleven open next door was also very convenient. The staff were friendly and very helpful with flexible check-in and check-out times.
